📦 Ordering & Turnaround
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Easy. Just hit the “Get a Quote” button, tell us what you need, and we’ll send you a price + timeline. You approve it, we print it.
Q: What’s your typical turnaround time?
A: Most jobs are ready in 2–4 business days, but urgent jobs? We do same-day and next-day turnaround depending on the item. Just ask.
Q: Can I see a proof before printing?
A: Yep — we always send a digital proof for you to approve before we hit print, unless you ask us to go full-send.
🎨 Design & File Setup
Q: I don’t have a design yet — can you help?
A: 100%. We’ve got in-house designers who can bring your vision to life. Whether it's a fresh logo or just formatting your business card, we got you.
Q: What file types do you accept?
A: PDF is best, but we also accept AI, PSD, PNG, and JPG. Make sure text is outlined and images are high-res (300 DPI+ if possible).
Q: Can you match colors exactly?
A: We do our best to match Pantone/CMYK colors, but digital-to-print always has slight variance. If exact match is critical, let us know upfront.

Q: What can you print?
A: Pretty much everything — business cards, flyers, signs, menus, posters, stickers, apparel, packaging... you name it.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes and finishes?
A: Yep. Matte, gloss, velvet touch, spot UV, foiling, die-cutting — custom is our jam. Let us know what you need and we’ll make it happen.
Q: Is everything printed in-house?
A: Most of it is. That’s how we keep our quality tight and turnaround fast. For super-specialised stuff, we partner with trusted Aussie suppliers.
💸 Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does printing cost?
A: Depends on size, quantity, finish, and deadline. Hit “Get a Quote” for exact pricing — no fluff, no hidden fees.
Q: Do I need to pay upfront?
A: Orders under $500 must be paid upfront. For larger or recurring clients, we offer account terms — chat to us.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts?
A: 100%. The more you print, the less you pay per item. Wholesale rates available — just ask.
🚚 Pickup, Delivery & Shipping
Q: Do you deliver?
A: Yep — we offer delivery across Perth and Australia-wide shipping. Or you can swing by and pick it up, easy.
Q: Can I track my delivery?
A: Yes, you’ll get tracking info once it ships. For local courier deliveries, we’ll give you an ETA.
Q: What if something goes wrong with my order?
A: We fix it. If it’s our fault, we reprint it fast — no fuss. Customer service is 🔑 around here.
